1. Returns and Refunds for Non-Faulty Products

We offer a 7-day return policy for non-faulty and unused products with a 10% restocking fee deduction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is in its original condition, you may request a return and refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for eligibility:

  • The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • All accessories, tags, manuals, and documentation must be included with the return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support via WhatsApp at 03154660088 to request a return.

  2. Provide your order number, the reason for return, and a video clip showing the condition of the product.

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide a return authorization number and step-by-step return instructions.

  4. Securely package the product in its original packaging with all included materials.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed:

  • If you paid via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer: Refund will be sent back to the original payment method within 7 business days, subject to bank processing times.

  • If you paid through Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was damaged or defective, or

  • There was a shipping error on our part.

We recommend using a trusted courier service for the return. Complete instructions will be provided by our team.

5. Refund Exceptions

Some products are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable goods

  • Products marked as “non-returnable”

  • Items not returned in original condition

6. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Please ensure you provide clear pictures or videos of the damage when making your claim.
