Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Saver Hub. We are committed to delivering your orders in a reliable, timely, and affordable manner. Below is our shipping policy that outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your products.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship all across Pakistan through reliable courier services such as Leopards, TCS, M&P, CallCourier, and others.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation call or message once your order is placed, followed by tracking details when your item is dispatched.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

3. Delivery Time

  • Lahore & Major Cities: 1–3 business days

  • Smaller Cities & Rural Areas: 3–7 business days
    Delivery time may vary based on product type, weather conditions, courier workload, or during sales events.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer the following options:

  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 10,000

  • Flat shipping rate of PKR 200 on orders below PKR 5,000
    (Special or oversized items may include additional charges, which will be clearly mentioned at checkout.)

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience. However:

  • COD is available for orders up to PKR 30,000

  • Orders above PKR 30,000 may require advance payment or partial deposit

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number to check your parcel's status on the courier partner’s website.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with a video clip of unboxing for a swift resolution. We may not be able to process claims reported after this time window.

8. Address & Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin location (if requested) are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect address

  • Failed deliveries due to unavailability or unreachable numbers

  • Redelivery charges for unsuccessful delivery attempts
